Sums up my feelings lately. Little forest spirit girl! From this old picture. After talking to Shane Prigmore. I was inspired to look at ancient art to study how people have solved design problems throughout the ages. Here are some designs based on ancient African sculptures. Katriana (Katie) Mitroff's artstuff, son! Tuesday, September 27, 2011. We had to draw some camels for character design this week, and I decided to do them on the computer. Enjoy! I'd really like to animate the old camel (who may or may not be slightly inspired by Saruman), I feel like I know exactly how he'd walk. Katriana (Katie) Mitroff's artstuff, son! Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Here's some stuff I've done so far this summer. I've been watching a lot of GAINAX lately, trying to bring that energy in my work. Someone told me that my art is really "static" and "lifeless". So, I've been trying to prove otherwise. I think my art isn't really anything. It's whatever I feel like doing.
