Saturday, July 11, 2015. Last 2 weeks in Germany. Only 2 weeks before the big flight across the pond. Here's an update from us from last week. We braved it and went to Hangeweiher Pool yesterday. One Bucket Lister checked. Very nice pool. Aaron went off the snake slide, flying spread eagle into the water, bum first about 100 times. Once was enough for Timmy. Cora enjoyed three times with me, but being splashed and dunked, that was enough. All over my sofa! With felt tip pens! Today was sidewalk chalk.

Monday, January 19, 2015. Trip to Barcelona from March 2014. I missed journaling my trip to Barcelona, Spain because I kept waiting for time to make the "best post ever." Instead, I will post 9 months late, but better late than never. :). In late March, Cora and I flew to Barcelona to visit John and Cookie Allred, our friends who were serving as missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the CES Institute. Cora and I had a great time with them! Downtown city and council building.

Friday, June 26, 2015. I'm on the organizing committee for a conference ( Young Investigator's Conference. Ahhhh, better. This is like component engineers, who have the job of analysing a single part in a plane like a door frame or the joint between the wing and fuselage. They make a detailed analysis of the situation with very detailed models, and make excellent predictions for strength/stiffness. She scans the room: No blood, no fire, no knives. no problem! She goes back to her work. Is it even funny?

They prefer to pass to each other, but started passing to the other teammates by the end of the season. There was no school on Monday so I took the boys miniature golfing at Boondocks and out for ice cream while Claire hung out with her Macha. The boys being silly. They were each the "Bee of the Week". I should've taken a picture of the poster before it spent two weeks at school so it wouldn't have been so beat up. The boys each did everything themselves, except the orange paper. So what has been happening in my life in these last couple of months? Jamie came home from her mission, we have had tons of fun with her, plenty of cabin trips as well as one very fun 46 hour trip to Disneyland and back! Work and life are pretty much the same, work and play! I am so excited to do that! I am loving it so far!
