It is probably a fear within everyone, whether that’s because we are ageing or whether that is because we are worried that somehow, one day we will wake up and our brain will turn to mush, and that is it for the rest of our lives. A recent survey from Harvard University has shown that the second leading health concern within western countries is the fear of developing Dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
