Jeanette and Richards Kayak Adventures. Aug 28th, 2008. For several days we had been hearing that a storm was approaching. It was supposed to come through Sunday night and then was pushed to Monday. As you saw from the Monday photos, we still weren’t getting much severe weather, but we did finally get a little rain Monday night. Jeanette and Richards Kayak Adventures. Finally, we worked on lashing the chines to the ribs of my boat. These are the two long outer side pieces between the keel and gunwales. These will need extra work as some of the ribs appear to be slightly short of the chine. Also, the chines need to be even on either side of the boat or it won’t go straight! They are definitely beginning to look like kayaks! The grilled pesto, chipotle chicken sandwich was fabulous! Here is a photo of Bob, who is working with us:.

Lunes, 24 de octubre de 2011. La Canal de Berdún se llenó de agua y se vació de gente. En Ruesta, Escó y Tiermas, por ejemplo, solo habitan las piedras y los recuerdos. Cuando el nivel del pantano baja del 20% emergen las ruinas del balneario de Tiermas y este vuelve a cobrar vida hasta que las lluvias de otoño lo inundan otra vez. Este sábado habia muy poca agua, la cola del embalse no pasaba de Tiermas y en menos de dos Horas hicimos todo el recorrido Leticia, Carlos, Rafael y yo. Ver todo mi perfil.

Domingo, 15 de mayo de 2011. Iª Quedada primaveral del Ebro. El sábado fue bastante desapacible, nada hacia prever el estupendo domingo que nos esperaba. La fideuá de Cinta, por cierto, está encinta, muy buena y los postres con que nos obsequio el alcalde de Xerta, tambien. Todo muy bien, bajaba buen caudal y se avanzaba con rapidez:. Tiempo de saludos y café por los bares de Benifallet. Ultimas indicaciones de Lluis. A este madero lo hemos retratado todos. Hora punta en la desembocadura. Se abre el telón.

Viernes, 22 de abril de 2011. Cambrils, abril de 2011. Los comerciantes y restauradores del lugar no pensarán lo mismo pero ha sido una gozada pasear por el puerto estos días. Ademas el tiempo ha acompañado. Han sido los días previos a la Semana Santa. Buen tiempo y buena mar. Pero muy poca gente. Los pescadores siguen con lo suyo. Jueves, 27 de mayo de 2010. Final de mayo, el agua sigue fria. El pasado fin de semana mi mujer terminó de un tirón el libro que le regalé para San Jorge, en la playa hacía calor. Mi hijo pequeño, submarinista de pro, pescó un pulpo enorme y una dorada de ración, el agua estaba helada. Sali de Hospitalet hasta l'Almadrava, cerveza y vuelta.
