Ken's travels in Australia and Europe. July 16, 2011. Sarlat is one of the larger towns in the region, with a fine old centre full of medieval buildings, churches and open squares. Now it caters mainly to the tourists, particularly those who are fond of foi gras. Whole shops are dedicated to this one decadent product.
