Keeping up with the Haroldsens. Saturday, June 15, 2013. This year Ricard and I decided to take the kids to San Diego to go to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Lego Land and the Beach. We stopped in Las Vegas the first night and stayed at the Treasure Island. We saw their pirate show out front where they sink a boat. The kids really enjoyed that. It is a lot like Lagoon, but with a lot of Lego exhibits, and an aquarium. But boy did the kids just love it. Lego Poseidon outside the aquarium.

They do let the 4th, 5th and 6th Graders bring in their own boxes. Bradley's class had a contest on the best box, Bradley won, but hey who doesn't love a Minion. The cards go in his mouth! The girls got all dressed up in their princess garb. Kelsey, Olivia and Lynlee making a scene. We rode in a pumpkin carriage. Kelsey kept saying "I getting married." I saw a girly Robin costume on the Internet a few years back, but the kids didn't want to do this, especially because the year before Bradley was Batman. This year the kids didn't really have any ideas on what they wanted to dress up as, so I suggested this again and they agreed! Duct Tape covered utility belt. Robin hair bow and mask.
