Sunday, August 23, 2015. Shreveport was our next stop to visit one of my best friends in college, Carrie. Carrie was a great hostess to us and we had a wonderful time. She took us to Sci-Port Discovery Center where the boys had lots of fun learning new and different things. Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Our longest leg was from Houston to Gulf Shores, a little over 8 hours. Again, I was loaded with lots of road trip fun, and the boys did great. Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Stop 2: Gulf Shores. We made it to Gulf Shores right at dinner time, so our first stop was a restaurant on the beach! It was pretty packed, so we took the opportunity to have some beach play time. Here we are headed to the beach. First family of 4 vacation pic! Jake immediately commented on the beautiful white sand. I am still amazed by the amount of love I have for my little baby. He is growing so much and learning new things everyday. He can pull up a little and rolls around all over the place. He loves everything: people, animals, toys, everything! On Cullen's half birthday, we went on a hike at a local park. We all had fun. Driving is serious business.
