How can practically apply this knowledge to a composition curriculum or my own style of teaching? I think that Feminist Pedagogy offers some useful statistics and facts that explain why students might act a certain way, but ultimately, I don’t think it’s especially applicable to the first-year composition classroom. Is the norm simply male writing?

I don’t have an answer to any of these questions, but I think they’re worth considering. I can see the appeal of WAC, but I have major hesitations about it.
