Saturday, June 13, 2015. We continue to be not pregnant. We're meeting with a doctor in Colorado in about a week to start our testing with him before we move to IVF. So far, he's given me the closest thing to a diagnosis that anyone has given me - - endometriosis. According to him, 50-60% of women with stage 1 endometriosis (that's me) will never get pregnant without assistance. Sounds like a diagnosis to me. But today I'm just angry and frustrated. And sad. Thursday, December 3, 2009. Nolan's 1st Carolina Hurricanes game! On Monday night Jim and I took Nolan to his first Carolina Hurricanes game! We had great box seats that my Dad got us and Nolan had a blast. We met Stormy and Nolan loved him and was not scared at all. He tried to hold his hand! I'm hoping this means he won't be scared of Santa either, lol. The Canes didn't do so well but it was still a great night and little man hung in there like a big kid. I swear, nothing phases this child :).

Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Bits O Brickle Bars. My friend Isabel made these a few years ago and I loved them. They are a fall favorite of mine now! 1 yellow cake mix. 1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk. 1 c chopped pecans. 1/2 c Heath Bits O' Brickle. Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly. Pat into 9x13 pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares. Sunday, October 10, 2010. Frozen or refrigerated pie crust.
