Accidental Pregnancy: Who is at Fault? Who is responsible for preventing a pregnancy? The answer seems very easy. The first thought that came to mind was very subconscious and unfair I must say, as my first thought was, the lady herself! But as I cringe while correcting myself for such a quick, un-thought out answer, we should all reflect about how that is not the complete, fair truth.
