Thursday, January 21, 2010. Bicyclists are the devil! And now every time anything even lightly brushes my calf it is excruciating! This is from today, two days after the incident. It hasn't gotten much worse, surprisingly! You can see the distinct line of the sprocket and the teeth that gouged into my leg. So my lesson has been learned, avoid bicyclists by any means necessary! Saturday, April 21, 2012. It has been over a year since the last update, so I figure I should probably do it (this is Dan, by the way). Much has happened since the last post. 1) I got the last of my medical school rejection letters. But I know how to deal with rejection:. 2) Lainey and I graduated! Lainey celebrated by not going back. I celebrated by getting on my lazy butt and looking for a job. A month and 100 applications later, I found a job. Which is a miracle for a Psychology major. Saturday, June 5, 2010. This weekend we went down to Monroe to Mystic Hot Springs. It was absolutely wonderful and so relaxing! I definitely recommend going, but with an open mind. And there were hotels in Richfield that were nicer if you don't want to stay there. I enjoy taking pictures, so there are a lot:. When we first pulled up I was a little worried. It kind of looked like a dump. This pool was empty and it looked like the beams (going into the pool) were supporting the roof. They were kind of hippy.

Saturday, January 29, 2011. Photography - Gloomy Days. One thing I LOVE doing when the weather is crappy is cooking. This week I discovered an amazing recipe for spaghetti sauce. It's from the Mafia Cookbook. It was so easy and sooooo delicious! So here they are (except for the spaghetti, which I forgot to take pictures of):. I'm not sure how much I like this photo. Thursday, December 16, 2010. It's official (well, not official official, since I don't have my diploma yet, kind of like using literally figuratively.anyway.) I'm done with school! Saturday, June 8, 2013. We went on a hike this morning to Hunter Canyon up Kane Creek. We figured living in Moab we should probably go on some hikes. Baby Girl and Dog were able to come on this one. It was a decent hike. The temperature was great! Nice and cool (good considering when we left at 7:30 am it was already getting warm). Dog had a fairly easy time on the trail. I think she did better than me! Baby Girl did great in her little carrier and enjoyed looking around and just hanging out.
