June 30, 2012. In Vietnam, I'm addicted to. Uhhh, it has been quite a while that I didn't update my blog. Anyway, I just got back from a 5 nights vacation trip @ Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam. Surprisingly, just 5 nights, it's enough for me to get addicted to these "poisonous" foods and beverages:. 1) Chicken noodle soup (Phở Gà). Typical Vietnamese chicken noodle soup. Just a short blog post* On 25th November, I was invited to attend a pre-Christmas dinner celebration @Parkcity Everly Hotel, Miri. It was a celebration for one of the tribes in Sarawak, which is known as Kelabit-Kerayan. At first, I thought it will be held in a hall or so. July 15, 2012. 1 day @ My Tho and Ben Tre, Vietnam. One of days during our 6D5N trip to Vietnam, we took a full day tour to My Tho and Ben Tre, which is located nearly at the end of Mekong River. Map of Mekong tour. We departed from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) about 8am and it took about 1 and the half hour to reach My Tho. From My Tho, we then took motor boats and sampan to travel to 3 small islands, which are Unicorn Island, Dragon Island and Tortoise Island @ Ben Tre Province. Villages singing some songs.
