Kiki's B.F.F. Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Have been to Japango. Many times now but somehow I never bloged about it and btw, we had one of our first dinner dates here. Japango is a tiny tiny sushi restaurant tucked away on Elizabeth Street off Dundas.There's probably under 20 seats in the very very tight spaces, so better call ahead to make reservation and trust me, the place is always pack. Back on our April Montreal trip, have been dying to new Montreal Celebrity Chef Antonio Park ( @ChefAntonioPark. We opted for the $105 Omakase Tasting Menu. Nihonsakari Dai-Ginjo Skae $ 45.00. W/ Ginger and Daikon. Although this was delicious, we all agreed that the flavors were too strong and salty to start off the meal. W/ Ponzu Sauce, Crispy Ginger and Marinated Cabbage. Kaimin Tai w/Arima Sancho.

So I have no idea why I havent been to Fonda Lola. 160;sooner for a real meal that is since I was here for the media launch. Oh yes maybe because its so difficult to get a reservation, this time I made plans with friends and made the reservation a month in advance.. The 4 of us decided to go with the Mexican Fiesta which is a taste of the whole menu for $150.

Kettle Chips, Sirachup being my favorite of all ( <) and once again I was lucky enough to receive their Mayonnaise in Sriracha, Lime and the brand new Truffle flavor. And what's so special about these Mayonnaise, it's gluten free, GMO free, all natural and made with organic free run eggs. Definitely need to try the recipe of Siracha Mayo Fish Taco. The salmon was fresh and the smoked flavour wasn't overpowering in your pallet. The dressing for the salad was light and just coarsely drizzled. - smoked salmon salad 14. It's just whipped cream to me. Maybe they forgot the red bean part. Hahaha - sakura puff 10. I say skip ordering dessert as you do get a complimentary rosemary truffle =).
