Kiloran is here specifically for unpaid carers looking after a relative or friend at home - a husband, wife, child, parent, sibling - who requires full time commitment to their care. Kiloran was first registered as a charity in 1994. We opened the house in April 1996 to provide residential supportive breaks for all carers looking after someone at home.
