Peas That most humble of vegetable, often the first vegetable we are given as children, the bag we reach for from the freezer if we sprain an ankle, a metaphor for identical twins, responsible for the acute discomfort of fabled Princesses…. Seedy Chocolate Granola Bars. These bars have the taste of a salted caramel Flapjack, but without being loaded with sugar and fat. Youre welcome …. 3 cups of oats. 1 cup Sunflower Seeds. 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds. 1/3 cup Cacao Nibs. 2/3 cup Rice Syrup or Honey. 1/3 cup Maple Syrup. 1 Tbs Olive Oil. Several squares of good dark Chocolate to drizzle. 1Oil an 8×12 inch tray, and set oven to Gas 6. 2Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine to mix together evenly. Put aside.
