Tammy Sheard: 2013 Goal: Get Healthy
http://tammysheard.blogspot.com/2013/05/its-saturday-afternoon-and-i-feel-like.html
This is a journal of my life as a wife, mother and teacher. Friday, May 17, 2013. 2013 Goal: Get Healthy. One of my goals that I posted back in December was to get healthy. While I am still far from reaching my goal, I am on my way. My weight and food addictions have been 2 things I have battled for several years now. For once I am starting to feel hopeful. I started this post on May 17, 2013. Preparing my meals and cooking everything, as well as measuring and weighing servings. Going to bed early. With ...

This is a journal of my life as a wife, mother and teacher. Friday, March 16, 2012. My how time flies. My, how time flies. I am not sure how time slips away. I guess other things become more important and we lose sight on other things, maybe things we don't want to see. That sure is how I am feeling right now. Obviously losing weight is something I felt strongly about so I am not sure why I am still sitting her, March 2012, about to write the same post I have written time and time again. Although I must confess, sometimes I don't enjoy the books because I have to do work and change - lol. Strange how I still have to change at age 48! What drives that inside of me? Why isn't God's Word enough? His promises and love should be more than enough! I am reading t...

This is a journal of my life as a wife, mother and teacher. Saturday, July 28, 2012. Every time I sit down on the couch to watch tv, they jump in my lap and cuddle. They are brothers and look almost identical except for their noses. One has a pink nose, one has a black nose. Pink nose is named Pongo to go along with his bouncy personality. Black nose has simple name, Burt, to go with his easy-going simple personality. Here you can see their noses. July 30, 2012 at 2:47 PM. View my complete profile.

This is a journal of my life as a wife, mother and teacher. Sunday, February 5, 2012. Last night, Kyle and I watched the movie "Courageous.". This is one of the best movies I have ever seen. It is also one of the biggest tear-jerkers I have ever seen. Have ever lost a loved one. Are in law enforcement. Do not have a father. Are going through a rough time in life. Then this movie will touch you in a life-changing way. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
