It was cute and girly, and Maggie was super excited to have many of her cousins and all of the grandparents in town for the occasion. A good friend made her the cutest Hello Kitty cake- seriously, so cute. Like, I have made my kids' cakes in the past, but this was so nice to have a willing participant take on that task! Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Back to school, back to school. Cute little girl on her first day. Feeling a little more excited about school this year. Total bummer for me though. I watch the clock like crazy. Then I get a little wacko and consider driving to the school to make sure she's ok at recess- I know, psycho. Confession: I did it a few times last year. The kids are doing just fine and I thought I would upload a little of what it's been like around here. Maggie started a gymnastics class a month ago- she LOVES it and does a cartwheel every 10 seconds. Watch yourself because she's oblivious to the people around her while in motion. :). Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Well, we started off the new year with our trip to Florida! We went to beautiful Innisbrook, Florida and spend time with our cousins and business friends :). A peek into our little corner of the world. Firsts, firsts, firsts! August 10, 2015. Here are a few “firsts” from her early days (and now months! Lost her cord stump at 6 days old. First walk with my friend Brandy and her son Dax at 8 days old. First family walk at 10 days old. First time in our baby wrap at 10 days old while Kody went to the gym. I was able to do the dishes and eat lunch! First outing – Aruna 5k at 5 days old. Adorable hat my sister-in-law Sarah made. Started sucking on hands at 7 weeks.
