Best Ever Brisket with Jalapeño Horseradish sauc. 8 Cloves Garlic, minced. 1 Tbsp kosher salt. 1 Tbsp freshly gorund pepper. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 2 Tbsp yellow mustard. 4-5 lbs Flat cut Brisket. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 cup beef broth. 1 cup sour cream. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1-2 Tbsp pickled jalapeno, finely chopped.
