Van de week wat camembert in huis gehaald. In eerste instantie bedoeld als opvolger van de chocoslagroom. Die ik afgelopen woensdag maakte. Maar je kan een gedeelte natuurlijk ook verwerken in een lekkere salade. Een spinazie-appelsalade naar recept van Allerhande. Een appel op deze manier bereiden bevalt me wel. Het doet me denken aan stoofpeertjes. Volgende keer maar eens met wijn proberen en een ander type appel. Ingredià nten (2 personen). Author of this article is Dennis. De dressing klinkt heerlijk!
