I didn't venture far from home today, but my daughter made a 900 mile trek across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico in the snow and freezing rain. The malaria smear they performed came back negative and they've ruled out meningitis. They're suspecting a virus of some kind but are still looking into the matter. Well, since I have not added to the blog in a year here are a few highlights. I tried zip lining for the first time and trekking on a hill side to swim in a waterfall.
