Saturday, October 27, 2012. Cinnamon Cream Cheese Pumpkin Muffins. A couple weeks ago, I used this pumpkin bread. Recipe to make a batch of yummmy of fall flavored bread. To enhance the flavor, I made a cinnamon cream cheese glaze to go on top. It was delicious. I don't have mini loaf pans, so the bread was a bit thick for something so decadent and flavorful. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. This past weekend we had our first tournament out at Disney. It is one of the biggest we will play in this season, and out of 32 teams, my girls came in 4th! Not bad for their first time ever playing together. :) I am looking forward to the rest of the season. It has been such a privilege being able to coach these girls. :). Monday, May 14, 2012. We took off driving Friday night with the car pointed west- our destination? Bridgeport, Nebraska. A tiny little town, at the foot of the Nebraska Sand hills. :). Andrew and I started work first thing Saturday morning. The boys were headed out with all of the supplies needed to complete the job, but they would not arrive until 2 or 3 pm. Monday, December 26, 2011. So, like I said, this year was special. We arrived in Orlando on Wednesday afternoon. We left Nebraska at 2 am on Tuesday morning, after taking a short 2 hour nap.
