Friday, July 31, 2015. This week I put together this trim organizer. Let me start with telling you my funny story. I was in the process of finishing up this project when I accidentally hit my cup of coffee. I have never moved so fast trying to move stuff off my desk! I was able to save about 90% of my project but still lost some very nice paper in the process. I love the way it turned out even with some coffee stains on it! Friday, August 7, 2015. Steampunk Hot Air Balloon Embellishment. This week I wanted to show what great embellishments you can make with items from Gina's Designs! We are also having a cross promotion with The Robin's Nest. I used the Steampunk Border for this embellishment. I cut off the hot air balloon from the bottom. And this is what I created with it! I first gave it a couple coats of gesso. I then painted it with paints from ColourArt. I then added some pattern paper from my stash.

Card for Mum with Sue Wilson Dies. July 17, 2016. Today I have for you the birthday card I made for my Mum this year (her birthday is in May so I am safe to show it. I cut a frame using Sue Wilson’s Double pierced ovals. And some coconut white card, then I cut a piece of wisteria card using the next size down of the ovals. It may not alway be about crafty stuff but also about other things that interest me. Another New Year Resolution is to make sure that I mail out my swap to the different groups on time.
