Thoughts from House 13: November 2005

Thoughts from House 13. Random Thoughts from a Dad in San Diego, CA. Tuesday, November 08, 2005. I've been spending some time evaluating my life lately. Trying to find the balance that makes everyone happy, including myself. It is a hard thing to find balance. Some days it is easier to achieve than others. One thing I was reminded of this past weekend is that first and foremost, I am a child of God. Why do I so easily forget that? I want to stay this age forever," he said. Why do you say that? I think it...

Thoughts from House 13: July 2005

Thoughts from House 13. Random Thoughts from a Dad in San Diego, CA. Wednesday, July 27, 2005. Why is it so hard to keep it? You gotta have it, yet it is so easy to lose. Is my memory that short? Do I remember the stories? Do I re-tell the stories? So many questions.and very few answers. Some days are filled with anxious moments, impatient leg bouncing, wondering when the next thing will happen. What shall I do next? Am I ready for the next thing? Why won't the phone ring? What is my need to push things?

Thoughts from House 13: April 2006
http://house13.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
Thoughts from House 13. Random Thoughts from a Dad in San Diego, CA. Tuesday, April 25, 2006. Ballpark Tour - Oriole Park. Is it every baseball lover's dream to travel around the country and visit all of the ballparks? Available, if you want to check them out. The Orioles were giving away fleece blankets, so that helped us stay warm. We tried to stick it out, but we only lasted for 3 innings. Just long enough for me to take a solo tour and get some souvenirs. Posted by King of the Mazza Monkeys @ 12:41 PM.

Thoughts from House 13. Random Thoughts from a Dad in San Diego, CA. Monday, May 22, 2006. Not long after my trip to Baltimore, Paula and I packed up the kids, rented an RV and drove out to Arizona to see the Grand Canyon. Paula went as a kid, but I had never seen the Grand Canyon first hand. I would recommend staying here to anyone, it is a great place. Emily was not feeling well the entire train trip and even threw up on the bus that took us around the rim. I felt so bad for her. She wanted so ...Poste...

Time flies.right by you and out the window. Yes, I try to grab it and hold on for dear life, but it is too fast for me. The gray hairs in my goatee are starting to outnumber the black ones. Ouch. Anyway, I'm here to post now, so stop yer complainin'. A couple of quick hits:. That is about all I have time for. King of the Mazza Monkeys.

Thoughts from House 13. Random Thoughts from a Dad in San Diego, CA. Thursday, June 29, 2006. Another fun thing that I was able to do here was take in a baseball game at the local diamond called Athletic Park. Athletic Park is home to the Wisconsin Woodchucks. Cheese. Sounds like a coronary waiting to happen. All in all, I had a great time here in Wisconsin.but, I am looking forward to getting home to my big comfy bed, my four beautiful kids, and the love of my life. Introducing. The Summerhill Gang.

http://house13.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
Thoughts from House 13. Random Thoughts from a Dad in San Diego, CA. Thursday, June 30, 2005. I discovered a new band today. Well, new to me anyway. For me, playing music can be one of the greatest acts of worship to God. So, when I hear music that is really awesome, I thank God for the gift of music. So, the new discovery, you ask? The band is called The Duhks. It all comes down to marketing, I guess."how can the big guy make the big buck"? The Nashville Nobody Knows. Check this band out, people! Thanks...
