Lessons Along the Way. Wednesday, May 23, 2012. 3 years ago, my family had been home for a couple of months and was settling in to a new life. Life with a beautiful baby girl. All the way from China! God loves them so much that He has created an amazing group of people who adopt, advocate, and share adoption in order to get them home. We have some friends.

Do my children think of others? Am I messing up royally? It is so, so good to hear when our children "get it", when they have done something that makes you well up with pride. He wants to give food. I try not to be a person of regrets. I usually try to be an optimist. I really try to focus on today, and not the past or tomorrow. I want to be someone who lives in the moment. Since we never "arrive" until we reach heaven.our entire lives are a process. It can't be all that. Bad if process was God's design for us. None-the-less, process can be down-right frustrating. The first part of the TRUST lesson was Trust God. Trusting God is hard, but it is worth it! Lesson #2 - Trust the Process! I mean. I will. eventually! But, I know that.
