Surprise Saturday moved to the Sunday, then Friday night movie night moved to Sunday morning. Surprise time then and it was my turn and I choose another museum, this time to see the National Geographic Exhibition at the Auckland Museum. And settled in to watch this movie. Links to this post. We do stuff and I blog about it. For the love of a book. Our holiday was a joyous book fest. Within the first week we'd had a rather special. Trip to Waterstones in London with my dear friend who happens to have a staff discount card - how many books did we buy - oh boy. Rather delicious. As was the bar on the top floor. One of these purchases was the A303, which I read on the A303 heading to Cornwall a perfect storm moment reading about the traffic at Stonehenge while in the traffic at Stonehenge.

Of course the cat is interested. Steaming. I favour some dried fruit and honey whereas Adam has a spoonful of sugar. Tuesday, 26 October 2010. Best mates can be ace but just as they enlighten you with joy and understanding, they can also ruin everything. Well, perhaps not everything, but certainly coffee. The simple, if overpriced, act of going out for a delicious latte has been ruined because, to be honest with you, lattes are a bit shit, although I only realised this when NZ-living KT. Dragged me* to Flat White. Not long after this epiphany, I discovered Monmouth Coffee. But luckily, they let plebs like me in too.
