Wednesday, April 29, 2009. I’ve been slacking as of late, I realize this. Not only have I not written on my own blog, but I haven’t even checked my friends’ blogs. Not sure what my problem is. Sometimes I’m busy, sometimes I’m just lazy. Regardless, it’s no excuse. I apologize! Little things I guess. Little things in my life:. Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Age is a mental thing. It's all in your mind. If you feel like you're old.well, then you are. If you feel young at heart, then again, you are! I fully believe that. I typically feel young. I've had some people tell me that I'm old. I just smile because it's just funny. If I'm old currently, then wow. I'd hate to see what people call me in 50 years! Monday, February 2, 2009. For those of you that don't know, we have a new puppy! We've been wanting a second dog for quite some time. Actually, when we got Zoe, we always planned on getting a second dog someday. Even with all of Zoe's craziness, we love her dearly and wanted to get her a friend! Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Alaina had a tea party with a friend (despite the major height difference, they're only about 8 months apart in age):. Hunting for sea glass with me on a rocky beach in Maine:. We had fun building sand castles with water pits and tunnels:. Jumping over the waves:. We love drawing pictures in the sand, like this mermaid. It was gloomy that day, but it didn't stop us from going to the beach! We enjoyed an end of summer performance of The Little Mermaid. First day of first grade.

Sunday, May 25, 2014. I was so proud of Alaina today - she tried a bunch of things for the first time at her cousin's birthday party (not all are pictured here, even). One was roller skating:. Riding on a go kart:. Driving her own age- and size-appropriate go kart:. And she helped Emi through a climbing structure that she was a little nervous about.
