My friend's sister was selling some of her son's clothes that he had grown out of and I bought quite a few things, one of which was a Nemo Halloween costume. :o). Tape your picture to your cake board (or other flat surface) and cut a piece of wax paper bigger than your picture to lay on top. Tape the wax paper down, making sure it's flat and secure.
