Thursday, December 2, 2010. Here is the recipe for the ice cream cake from Bri’s birthday. I’ve made this twice and it’s really pretty easy and quite tasty! Smash up the Oreos. I stuck them in a gallon bag and rolled them with a rolling pin. Hold back 1/2 cup of cookie crumbs for the topping at the end. I didn’t top mine, so I just held back a couple of cookies and at them. Saturday, February 7, 2015. In just one month, Addison has gone from this. It's amazing to think that an entire month has already passed since we welcomed this sweet girl into the world. Before Addison's birth, I had only witnessed the births of my own children. And obviously I was a little busy during those to fully take it all in. But having the honor of being in the delivery room when Addison was born was amazing! Allison and I were both there to share this experience with Bri and I'm grateful for it.
