Buvette – Paris and New York. 5 août 2015 4 Commentaires. 8211; Pigalle hides the New York chef Jody Williams who already opened a Buvette in Greenwich Village. I have not yet been to that location but I heard that the food is exactly the same, maybe at the exception of some wine and the coffee, which comes from the local french roaster l’Arbre a Café. For Breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktail or brunch, WHERE? In the trendy South Pigalle, 28, rue Henry Monnier – Paris 75009. Sur le même thème. Propulsé par...

Erin McKenna’s Bakery – New York. 24 mars 2016 2 Commentaires. A bakery I wanted to go long before arriving in New York: it used to be called Babycakes, the name changed recently for the owner’s name. Unless you are being told, you will not be able to guess that the treats here are gluten free and vegan. It means that there are no eggs and dairy butter, ingredients commonly found in pastry. 248, Broome Street- New York. Paris coffee tour terminated — Stephanie Welter

Paris coffee tour terminated. February 17, 2015. Obviously, I’ve been slacking on upkeep of this blog. My Paris Coffee Tour was very fruitful, visiting a handful of craft coffee cafes, and discovering some local roasteries. I started buying my beans from a small roastery not far from my apartment in the 2nd, L’Abre Cafe. And a roastery in the 19th/20th, Belleville Brulerie. Offers cuppings on Saturdays, I highly recommend it (they speak english! Finally, good coffee can be found in Paris.
