The Life of Lorne, Heather, Mitchell and Rylee. Thursday, December 25, 2008. The kids were given some "Magic Reindeer Food" on Sunday at Church by the most wonderful lady! They were told to sprinkle the food outside, on Christmas Eve so that the Reindeer would smell it and would know where to come! They had a blast and kept asking Lorne and I if they did a good enough job for the reindeer to smell it. The card attached to the food stated that the reindeer could smell it from 100 miles away! Some students at Mitchell's school were rewarded with a roller skating party for reaching a certain goal with a fundraiser and Mitchell was one of them! Thanks to all of our family and friends that participated! It was his first time ever to roller skate. Most of the time he had to hold onto my hands or hold onto the wall. He had a great time! We celebrated before her actual birthday this year, with Jake on the way, I had serious doubts about my abilities to do a sleepover party for 6 girls with a new baby. We had a "spa" party, Aunt Stacy was so nice to let us use her home/pool. Aunt Amy made the cake, it turned out so cute! The best part was that Katie felt so special and loved by all, which she is. Mary Kate is 8.

Then the moment we've all been waiting for.Matt and Chelsea were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. We are so excited to have Chelsea join our family, she also comes from a large family and she is great with children, my kids adore her already! We are looking forward to celebrating some more at their reception in Oklahoma next week, right after the Vaclaw Family Fireworks!
