Friday, August 09, 2013. Viva l'Italia: Bologna and Milan. Since Bologna is known for its food, also called la grassa. Dan and I decided to spend a few days there during our trip. We took the fast train from Florence. Which took less than an hour! And the train was on time. Unfortunately a heat wave hit the city that weekend. Our B&B. We had to get gelato. And saw the Compianto sul Cristo Morto. Terra cotta sculptures that are incredibly moving. The Oratorio is quite beautiful and features Transito d...

Ein Haus in Montevideo. Spaghetti in der Buchhandlung. Sigep 2010 - Rimini. Sonntag, 24. Januar 2010. Sigep 2010 - Rimini. Italienisches Design treibt schon manchmal extreme Blüten. Weg vom Runden ins Eckige. Natürlich ist Bio un. Wir konnten zwei sup...

Mile High Jess: January 2010
http://milehighjess.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
A blog about living, loving and running a mile high. Saturday, January 30, 2010. This morning did not start well for me. I couldn't sleep last night which made me grumpy. Josh had plans to go skiing so he had to take me to my car that was parked at the mall from when I carpooled to Boulder last night. I couldn't find my running capri's which made me all flustered. Josh finally remembered that they were in my TNT. Regardless I think I need to take it in. The first three miles were the hardest, they usuall...

A (not only) Bologna experience. Catching Up (Episode III/IV) Mountains, cheese and chocolates. With summer reaching its peak and the offices of the Italy-based company emptying up due to August retreats of its inhabitants, time had come also for me to leave Vienna and go see some of the world, to relax, to meet old friends and new acquaintances. So what is there to do beyond the obvious sightseeing. Eg the city of Bern, nice! Get an impression on some other guy’s video below:. As well as Lakes Neuchâtel...

A (not only) Bologna experience. I just re-read some of the things written last year and earlier. How things fade, importance and focus changes, life goes on. But too late for philosophy tonight. Will try to do some of that on another occasion. But I guess it still has the potential for an acceptable travel blog or something of that kind. As nice as it is having a whole mountain to yourself, the price to pay for that privilege was freezing our … off! You can get a little impression here:. Giardini Marghe...

A (not only) Bologna experience. Episode 1 – The Phantom Terrace. The only pity is that it makes me feel like the first day of actually using my terrace is painfully far away, seeing it covered in snow like this… but I will try to await my glorious summer with some patience. But proudly presenting anyway: the phantom terrace (click to enlarge). Laquo; The Milano Episodes – a prologue. Date : February 5, 2012. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.

Sabato 2 maggio 2009. Iscriviti a: Post (Atom). Pranzo e cena a bologna.
