I didn’t get to eat anything until 3pm and I couldn’t make it for dinner with my husband. This is becoming more and more common these days. So the end of that ramble is that I see clearly enough what would honestly happen. I didn’t lie to myself that I would have only one or two and it would help me work. One less reason to drink🙂. June 17, 2015. I was three days sober and again fell off the damn wagon! But my question is, is it considered a relapse.considering I have been drinking for months non-stop and was sober three days and drank again. Is that relapse? I have tried rehab and I feel like they address the addiction but they do not focus on the underlying causes…I need to really focus of the cause and addiction together. June 11, 2015. I woke up this morning and smelled something beyond the scent of alcohol in my nose. I smelled the sweet candle that I burned last night and did not smell it until this morning. I have constipation which is very rare with me. I think the alcohol makes everything just come back out of you. I was in a “mixed state” when you feel anxiety and depression at the same time. I hate that feeling more than anything. It makes me feel out of control with my mind. Just my thoughts today! June 11, 2015.
