Statistic for Child Abuse →. April 15, 2013. Physical Child Abuse in America. What is the correct punishment? If a person has physically abused a child in any way what should they have to do in order to regain custody of their children? Should they just have to be rehabilitated? Take a course on correct parenting? Or even jail time? But what exactly considers a person rehabilitated? These are just some questions I have been thinking about for my argumentative paper over Physical Child Abuse.
