Tuesday, November 4, 2008. Keep Runnin' Runnin' and Runnin' Runnin'. Here is some good news for me. I added up my total running for last month and here is the total: 21.176 miles. Not bad for the first month of running. Then even better, I ran for 20 minutes straight! Yay me. Next week is when everyone is starting WOE over again. Hope everyone is on board. Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Tonight Jill came back to town and offered to run with me again. We only needed to do three miles and since her ipod was dead, we went out on the road from my mothers on a course that she had measured. Let me just say, we will never run that course again!
