I've wanted to try making it for quite a while now- in fact I think I have 4 or 5 different recipes for it saved- but it looked so compicated. I finally decided to give it a try and I was surprised at how. Yes, it was a little more time consuming than my average workday-evening dinners but it was so worth the extra prep time. Simply, it was marvelous! You will not be disappointed. 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin- about 1/2 inch thick.

There are no measurements because, truth be told, I don't really measure. 10 oz beef. I just got the beef steak that was on sale. Korean garlic chili paste. 1 T grated ginger. 1 large onion, thinly sliced. 2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced. 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks. Stir fry the onion, set aside. Serve with steamed rice.
