Receita do Dia: Bolo de Mexerica. Passei o fim de semana em uma fazenda linda aqui em Minas Gerais, fica em Esmeraldas e tem vários pés de mexerica. Me deliciei com elas e trouxe para Belo Horizonte para fazer um delicioso bolo de mexerica. Super fácil de fazer, vocês vão adorar. 7 mexericas (duas para a massa e cinco para a calda). 2 xícaras de açúcar refinado. 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó. 1 xícara de óleo. 2 xícaras de farinha de trigo. 1 colher (chá) de sal. Junte o açúcar e depois a farinha.
