Från 90 till 65 kg med LCHF. Jag kör ju som sagt pulver kombinerat med mat nu sedan 1/1. Jag har gått ner 7,5 kg. Men jag kan inte påstå att magen mår bra. Längtar tills jag ska börja med lchf igen! Men jag tänker köra 1000 kcal om dagen nu ett tag och då är pulver och smoothies kanon. Att räkna kcal är det som funkar för mig. räknar med att vara klar till sommaren. Nu är det snart dags för semlor. Eller snart och snart; en del har redan börjat kanske? Här bjuder jag iaf på ett recept med lchfsemlor! 50 g smält smör. 2 dl mandelmjöl eller mald mandel. Blanda ihop äggen, det smälta smöret, grädden i en skål. Sen blanda mjölet, fiberhusken, kardemumman och bakpulvret. Blanda ihop med den andra blandningen och låt stå i 15 min. Klicka ut smeten i STORA muffinsformar. Grädda mitt i ugnen 175 grader i 20 -25 min. Vispa 2-3 dl grädde till toppingen och gör mandelmassan.
