Kale is a trooper – it can withstand frost, making it an ideal veggie choice for the autumn and winter months. With a(nother) blizzard raging tonight, I can appreciate its heartiness even more. Aside from all of its health benefits (and abundance of gluten-free compliments), I’m a fan of this supergreen due to its simplicity in preparation. Recipe for 4-6 servings below. 1 bunch of kale.
