After experiencing first hand how proceedings at the FTTPC (LVT) lack fairness and are secret, with no transcript or proper process we did this documentary. A series of protracted proceedings at the LVT led to costs on a simple job exploding under the LVT appointed manager from 13k to 120k with demands for 60k payments to be made within 2 weeks under threat of forfeiture. All done with no completed S20 Notices. On investigating we were surprised to discover widespread discontent and anger with the LVT.
