Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Thoughts of an expectant father. Last night while getting ready to brush my teeth, Dave was watching me and here is how the conversation went. Your belly is getting BIG! Stacie - Yeah, I know, plus I gained 3 pounds in the last two weeks. Dave - Well, isn't it normal to gain, like, 10 pounds a week. Stacie - DAVE.that would be 400 pounds! Dave - (laughing) I meant during the last few weeks. Gee thanks Stacie, i have totally gained 10 lbs in one week!

Tuesday, August 25, 2009. We had lots of visitors which meant lots of fun. First my Uncle Tim and his daughter Hannah came to visit (I know she looks really happy to be in Washington). Then my brother came for his annual visit to the Pacific Northwest. We were going to try to kid nap him and have him live with us till my parents move here but I think my parents would have missed him just a little. Posted by The Soptichs. Love the update. December 22, 2009. Yes, we are too cheap and too lazy to send out a Christmas card this year. I apologize for our lameness. January 26, 2010. In December we took a quick trip to Las Vegas. Matt had to go for work and I tagged along. It's a pretty sweet deal. I should do it more often! The hotel, rental car, half our meals and Matt's flight were all paid for. I justed used a $50 companion ticket and we got a cheap vacation without kids! We stayed at the Venetian. It's such a beautiful hotel! The gondola ride inside the Venetian. The view from our room. At night at the top of the hour,. Large hotels have A LOT of elevators!

January 8, 2010. 2009: The Year of Concerts/Shows. 2009 seemed to be the year of concerts and shows. For us. I guess our friends the Chapmans have rubbed. Off on us. We hit SEVEN in a matter of four months! Depeche Mode in August for Matt's B-day present. Miley Cyrus in September with Cassidy. Wicked the Musical two days later. We went went with a whole group of friends. But I forgot my camera. Matt and Cameron went with the Boys to see. Star Wars in Concert in October. Olympics will be held next month.
