Freshness and honesty abounds with the medley of flavours and fragrances. The day starts with the welcome aroma of crusty fresh bread and coffee. Moving through the day the fragrances of organic herbs dance with the full flavours of perfectly cooked Bistro dishes. Monday to Friday 07h00 to 17h30. Saturday 07h30 to 15h30.

The Chef: Jacques Kunz, a Prue Leith graduate, is the ambitious young chef who endures the rages of the owner and the impatience of the clients! Our own superman slaves over the hot stove conjuring up traditional as well as unique personal treats for us. The Owner: The conductor of this orchestra; L’épis Doré Bistro is Rob Noonan assisted by his lovely wife Lyn. He is the focal point of the opera; the middleman between the chef and the clients. Monday to Friday 07h00 to 17h30. Saturday 07h30 to 15h30.
