February 18, 2015. February 18, 2015. Determined to lose these last ten pounds, I’ve been diligent about eating correctly, keeping my calories low, and exercising. Right now I’m up to 56 squats a day and 10 minutes stretching. My calorie intake has been around 1200 and my burn has been around 300. In the last two weeks since I set my goal of losing 10 pounds, I’ve gained four. I’ll just continue trying to pinpoint what needs to change. Live Laugh. Love. I’m seeing a pattern here. Freeing the Fit and Firm Girl Inside…. May 8, 2013. Not first, or anywhere near first for that matter, but I finished and I wasn’t last either. It was a wonderful, fulfilling experience and I now want to do more runs, maybe eventually bigger ones too! Normally when I go for a run I do timed intervals of running and walking but for race I told myself I would run as long as I could then walk just until I could run again. I was so surprised by how much longer I could run! The runners getting ready to race.
