My day doesn't typically start until I have ingested my purplish concoction of berries, juices and vitamin supplements. and I quite often take it even farther by drinking "Green Goodness" pre. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Herbs from God's Pharmacy. A client kindly brought in a fantastic book today: "Health through God's Pharmacy" by Maria Treben. This book contains recipes for teas, ointments, baths and such to remedy any types of ailments. I've chosen a recipe today that focuses on Hayfever (because that's something bugging me today! Mix 4 heaped teaspoons stinging nettle. With 1 litre of boiling water and infuse for a minute or two. Add 3 tablespoons of Swedish Bitters. Herbs from Gods Pharmacy.
