While Stocks Last: August 2008
http://whilestockslast.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Our family trip around the world was beautiful while it lasted but now it's over. So. What's next for a change-addict? Is underway, and it's time to decide how to spend it. Sunday, August 31, 2008. Another Point of View. I've started translating Letizia's Italian blog into English. She started out trying to maintain two blogs, one in each language, but this didn't survive the demands of packing and travel. If you are interested you can check out Why Bother. Links to this post. Our family trip around the world was beautiful while it lasted but now it's over. So. What's next for a change-addict? Is underway, and it's time to decide how to spend it. Saturday, August 22, 2009. No less than 6 weeks have passed since we rolled off the ferry in Porto Torres and officially began to call Sardinia 'home'. The last 2 of those weeks I've spent back in Cork for work. My complete inability to blog in the 4 weeks in Sardinia. Home, to Cagliari. Shouting instructions to each other from distan...

Perchè Complicarsi la Vita?: febbraio 2008
http://letiziaaresu.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Sabato 23 febbraio 2008. Sydney, Bye For Now. 8220;Ma come ce ne andiamo? Oggi a cena abbiamo fatto in...

Perchè Complicarsi la Vita?: luglio 2008

Perchè Complicarsi la Vita? Giovedì 31 luglio 2008. Da Puno abbiamo preso The Andean Explorer. Dieci ore dopo eravamo a Cusco. Mercoledì 30 luglio 2008. Chucuito and the Temple of Fertility. E' stata...

While Stocks Last: Cardboard Boxes and Metal Hearts

Our family trip around the world was beautiful while it lasted but now it's over. So. What's next for a change-addict? Is underway, and it's time to decide how to spend it. Thursday, July 2, 2009. Cardboard Boxes and Metal Hearts. Over the last few weeks, I've been asked 'Are you packing? Two titanium-hearted sociopaths, and the two girls never really stood a chance. The last 2-3 months since Easter have been probably the most socially active time we've had in 9 years in Ireland. There wasn't a weeke...

Afloat Again, Happily. An Irish town called Saint Patrick Goes On The Piss. Or somewhere in Essex called Saint George Pines After The Empire? What coefficient I'm referring to! Well, if you ever come to France, and in particular Brittany, you'll want to bone up. So thats what the coeff is! Andrew prepared a del...

While Stocks Last: Foreign Objects Part I: The Bidet

Our family trip around the world was beautiful while it lasted but now it's over. So. What's next for a change-addict? Is underway, and it's time to decide how to spend it. Saturday, May 1, 2010. Foreign Objects Part I: The Bidet. This is the first in a series of who knows how many (probably one) that highlights everyday objects that one might find here in Italy but not where I come from (or vice versa). So why did I fall in love with Montaigne? I am a man. I consider nothing that is human alien to me.
