Ingredienti per gli hamburger:. 500g carne di tacchino macinata. 30g capperi dissalati (io, ammetto, ho usato i capperi sotto aceto che c'erano in frigo.). 2 rametti di rosmarino. Uno spicchio di aglio. Rosolo gli hamburger 5 minuti su un lato con un filo di olio e l'aglio (che posso scegliere se rimuovere dopo aver aromatizzato l'olio o se lasciare fino a fine cottura). Aceto di vino bianco.

Optionale: funghi champignon freschi. Inizio tritando col mixer la farina con qualche fogliolina di salvia, metà delle noci, l'aglio e un pizzico di pepe. Mezzo cucchiaino di sale. 2 tazze e un quarto di acqua. 1 cucchiaio di olio. 6 cipollotti affettati (io ho ridotto notevolmente la dose). 1 piccolo spicchio di aglio tritato. 1 cucchiaio e mezzo di prezzemolo tritato.
