Wednesday, November 24, 2010. Thanksgiving Art Project perfect for kids. Gobble Gobble Gobble.it's TURKEY TIME! Here is a FUN Creative Art project Great for kids of all ages. Peanut Butter Cups (small ones). Take 2 Double Stuffed Oreos. Using the icing as glue, add some to the bottom of a Peanut Butter Cup as pictured. Glue" the Peanut Butter Cup on to 1 of the Oreos. Balsamic Chicken (or any meat you have sitting around! 4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or any meat you have - I've used pork, beef and chicken). 2 Tbs olive oil. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar *sometimes I use more. 2 cans diced tomatoes, *do not drain. 1 onion, halved and thinly sliced (not chopped). 2-4 garlic cloves, minced. 1 tsp each: dried oregano, basil, and rosemary. Freshly cracked black pepper and salt, to taste. 2 onions, sliced.

Saturday, December 4, 2010. Eggs in a Hole for Breakfast. What could be better then playing with your food? Here is a FUN idea you can do witht he whole family.we call it. EGGS in a HOLE. Items you will need- Griddle heated to 350. Here in the picture you can see I buttered the bread (on both sides). Using any shape cookie cutter, cut the shape into the sliced bread. Here is what they look like all finished. In a bowl, break 1 egg and whisk with a fork. Melt Butter on the hot griddle. Ta-Da, super easy!

What I am Reading. Friday, September 17, 2010. Wow, its been to long. Sorry I have been slacking so much by not posting on here. I have been trying to go through things to get rid of, reorganize things to make room for somethings from my Grandma's house, and still chasing my almost 18 month old. And I saw that she was not going to sleep. So I start getting up to go and comfort her, and all of a sudden she was gone! In the next blog post, I will get up some pictures of before and after! What I am Reading. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. So this was the first time we carved pumpkins with Kierstyn. Last year she was just to little, and we lost track of time, and never did ours. We started the warm Sunday off by making a trip to Jonamac Orchards in Malta. And of course since it was almost 75 degrees that day, it was busy!
