The weirdest part of the exhibit was how into the goldfish all the Japanese visitors were. Like there were people who obsessively photographed every bowl. I took some pictures, but seriously, guys, they’re just goldfish. It was a diverting enough exhibit, but yeah. Goldfish with blue lights. Goldfish with red lights.

First let me give a shout-out to our amazing hotel. Several people had recommended it to me as the best hotel they had ever stayed at. Hotel Mume. Really lived up to the hype. Comfortable room, wonderful hosts who help with everything and a really good breakfast each morning. The butterfly room at Mume.
