Word of the day. Newer posts →. July 21, 2014. Today I ran a workshop with our Cabinet on why it’s so important for them to be good communicators and how they can use today’s channels to best effect. The greatest barrier for them to making better use of the channels was the concern about how much time it would eat up. They’re all tackling bulging email inboxes every day already, alongside various other types of contact with their residents and others. How could they fit this in on top? This is my place.
