True Brews: Lost Coast Winterbraun Ale
http://truebrews.blogspot.com/2009/03/lost-coast-winterbraun-ale.html
Dedicated to the casual beer lover and home brewer. Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Lost Coast Winterbraun Ale. While perusing the beer aisle at Whole Foods, I discovered this bottle of Lost Coast Brewery's. Winterbraun Ale. I like brown ales, and I like winter beers, so it was a natural. It poured a deep brownish red with a small beige head. The aroma was toffee, and chocolate. This brown is richer, spicier, and more chocolaty than their Downtown Brown. Once again, Lost Coast has made a great beer.

Confessions of a Home School Radical: Baby!
http://homeschoolradical.blogspot.com/2010/07/baby.html
Confessions of a Home School Radical. Tuesday, July 6, 2010. I have been incredibly distracted lately for personal, family reasons. My mother has a bit of dementia (or Alzheimers, not sure) and my daughter has been through three miscarriages in one year. Oh and we lost both of our dachshunds. What a year 2009 was! I hope never to repeat that! On the plus side, though, my distraction lately has been because my daughter is now 12 weeks pregnant! I am going to be a grandma! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Confessions of a Home School Radical: Transcripts
http://homeschoolradical.blogspot.com/2010/06/transcripts.html
Confessions of a Home School Radical. Tuesday, June 22, 2010. I've been away to a family wedding and tacked on a vacation while we were at it! Back home now and ready to blog about homeschooling and other education topics! Any questions or comments, please post them! The college wants to see three things: course name, grade and your signature at the bottom of the transcript. Easy as pie! Write the course in the first column and then place the grade under the proper grade level column. If your student...

Dedicated to the casual beer lover and home brewer. Friday, February 27, 2009. Heavy Seas Winter Storm, from Clipper City. This is my second beer from Clipper City Brewing. In Baltimore. Billed as an Imperial ESB, it's a new beer style for me. I love the labels on these Heavy Seas beers - after all, who can resist a pirate-themed beer, complete with a parrot? True Brews: Tommyknocker Maple Nut Brown Ale
http://truebrews.blogspot.com/2008/09/tommyknocker-maple-nut-brown-ale.html
Dedicated to the casual beer lover and home brewer. Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Tommyknocker Maple Nut Brown Ale. I'm a big fan of maple syrup, so I couldn't resist this beer when I saw it on the store shelf. Brewed by Tommyknocker Brewery. This was like drinking pancakes. It was slightly carbonated, maple syrup with alcohol. Not bad for breakfast, but it makes a not-that-good beer. January 22, 2011 at 8:57 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
