Life is a Roller Coaster. The Ups and Downs in Life. A solid week so far. Building momentum →. May 18, 2014. I weighed in at WW this morning and I was excited to go. It’s been a while since I’ve been so excited to go. DOWN 7.4 lbs! I have all kinds of motivation now. It’s amazing what seeing the scale go down can do. I may not do a half marathon this year but this gives me a goal to strive for this year. Off to the park with the kids and maybe a walk. This entry was posted in Weight Loss.

I lost 13.4 lbs this past month. After seeing the scale up last week (and I knew it was from sodium) the scale went down 8.6 lbs this week. I stopped working out and made half attempts to continue my weight loss journey. Continue reading →. Half training day 2. June 5, 2014. Technically, it’s day 3 but my second walk/run this week (of 3). I did T25 for strength and cross training in Tuesday. I got stuck working Wednesday and didn’t work out. Until Sat when I plan on doing 3 miles.

Life is a Roller Coaster. The Ups and Downs in Life. January 11, 2015. I did track everyday this week and it sure made a difference on the scale at WW today. I lost 13.4 lbs this past month. After seeing the scale up last week (and I knew it was from sodium) the scale went down 8.6 lbs this week. I did not make it to the gym but did climb up and down stairs a few extra times at home. I have good momentum from being at home and not traveling. I want to keep up the momentum in Topeka. 2015 will be my year!
